As the founder of Alpha Facilities Group, Shellie has been instrumental in driving the company’s growth. With over 25 years of experience in the glazing and facilities industry, she has been the driving force behind building the strong reputation the company enjoys today.
Steve – Operations Manager
As Operations Manager, Steve oversees daily operations, organisation, and cost management. With over 20 years of experience leading and developing large teams in customer-focused environments, Steve is an experienced business leader dedicated to operational excellence.
Sam – Logistics Manager
Sam joined the company in 2021 and has gained invaluable experience in all aspects of commercial glazing, window filming, glass replacement and window seal repair. As logistics Manager Sam plans and organises the workload and engineers to ensure the best service to our clients.
Julie – Lead Account Manager
Julie joined the Alpha Facilities team in 2018, bringing a wealth of experience to the commercial glazing industry. As Lead Account Manager, she prides herself on establishing and building strong relationships with key clients on a daily basis.
Cassie – Account Manager
Cassie joined the Alpha Facilities team in 2020 and serves as the main point of contact for our associate Facilities Management companies. She has been instrumental in building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring the success of the specialist work Alpha Facilities completes for them on a daily basis.
Abbie – Account Manager
Abbie joined the Alpha Facilities team in 2023. In addition to overseeing key accounts, Abbie has recently taken on the role of Brand Awareness Lead, which includes managing media relations and playing a crucial role in growing the business and enhancing industry-wide awareness.
Grace – Compliance Manager/HR/HS Assistant
Grace plays a pivotal role in the company, overseeing all compliance efforts. With a strong understanding of expectations and requirements, she continually pushes for further accreditations, as evidenced by the recent ISO 14001 and 9001 certifications. Grace also leads in Health and Safety matters and supports Human Resources.
